Why is my prescription not being sent to my regular pharmacy?

Your healthcare provider has requested an individualized prescription to be made by Stonebriar Pharmaceutical Services to treat your condition. Individualized formulations may include a number of drugs all in one preparation. Your healthcare provider has determined your individualized prescription as the best course of treatment of your pain. Please follow prescription label instructions.

In most cases, insurance companies cover prescriptions. When we receive your prescription, a Case Manager will contact you and verify your insurance coverage and exact co-pay.

HIPAA includes regulations that guard your privacy, ensure the security of your personal health information, and establish boundaries on how your personal health information may be used or disclosed.
